How intense each class feels is subjective and dependant on the students preferences and previous practice. In any case, if you have an inury that requires special attention, are pregnant etc. you should discuss your practice with your medical practioner first. In some cases and if poses need constant adaptation, a private class might be a better option to be able to monitor more closely. Here's just an estimation of the intensity of the classes, so you have a little idea.

If you practice regularly (more than 6 times a month) and enjoy variety (different styles of yoga, and possibly pilates), the Monthly Pass is the right choice for you. It gives you access to all group classes, with a maximum of 12 classes per month.
Please note: this is a monthly membership, not a 12-class pass. Because this is a small studio, the monthly pass requires flexibility
Schedules are lighter during holidays, and occasionally classes may be cancelled or rescheduled (classes are cancelled if fewer than two people are booked). The 12 classes are a maximum. If you choose the monthly pass, it’s important that you’re comfortable with this flexibility and understand that the price reflects that. This option is best for people who can adapt their schedule and enjoy practicing regularly without keeping strict count.
If you practice less than 6 times a month, can only attend specific days or times, only come to one specific class (for example, only pilates), travel often etc...then the 10-Class Pass is the better option for you. The 10-class pass gives you access to all group classes and can be used up to 4 months.
There are no long-term passes (longer than 4 months) so if you like the vibe of the studio but can't come regularly, the drop-in class is the best choice for you.
There are mats available but you can always bring your own if you are used to training with your favorite mat
. All other props are also available, but do try to bring your own towel.
There is no open access to the building, clients are kindly asked to ring the doorbell to be let in. The bell will be activated around 15 minutes before class begins. Once the session starts, the doorbell will be turned off to preserve a calm and focused atmosphere, so please arrive on time.
Bookings are open for the next 7 days. A class can be cancelled at the last 2 hours before the class takes place.
The class will be cancelled at the last 2 hours prior to the start of the class if there are less than 2 participants.
If you want to offer a gift card for a class, a monthly pass or a class pass to a loved one for any occasion, let us know and we can set it up.
You can also offer a personalised restorative relaxation session (with back and neck massage included) as a gift. We will do our best to make it an unforgettable session, contact us via mail and we can discuss specifics!
The passes that are bought are non-refundable and can't be frozen for absences. (If you are in a situation you can't use the classes in your 10 or 20 class pass anymore, you can of course gift it to someone else, contact me so we can change the name of the pass! Keep in mind that this doesn't go for monthly passes.)
Short closures, a reduced schedule during Belgian holiday periods or occasional cancelled classes are considered part of the normal rhythm of the studio and are reflected in the booking schedule (you won't see the class appear). If the studio closes for more than 3 consecutive days outside of these scenarios, the passes will be extended with the number of closed days!
Please feel free to introduce yourself at the beginning of class.
Note that Pure Flow Room is not hiring (and the room can't be rented for your own classes).
Join with an open heart, respectful presence, and the intention to support the flow of the class and the style of the teacher.
