Yin Yoga

Overview

Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle style of yoga that focuses on stretching the deeper connective tissues, like ligaments, joints, and fascia.
Poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to relax and release tension gradually.
Unlike more active yoga styles, Yin is about stillness and mindful breathing, helping to calm the mind and improve flexibility.


It’s an excellent practice for increasing circulation, relieving stress, and supporting joint health.
Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a restorative and meditative experience.


The classes are blended with elements of Restorative Yoga, followed by a soothing 15-minute Yoga Nidra session to leave you deeply relaxed and refreshed.
