Vinyasa/Yin is a beautifully balanced practice that combines the best of two worlds. The first half of the class offers an energising Vinyasa flow, where movement and breath are linked in a dynamic sequence that builds heat, strength, and focus. You’ll feel your body awaken and your energy rise as you move with rhythm and intention.
In the second half, the pace slows down as we transition into Yin yoga. Here, poses are held longer and with deep stillness, allowing the body to open gently and the mind to settle into calm awareness. This shift invites release, relaxation, and a profound sense of grounding.
Together, this class creates a complete practice: uplifting at the start, restorative at the end leaving you both energised and deeply relaxed.
