A dynamic and fitness-focused yoga style designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. This vigorous practice combines flowing sequences with powerful poses to challenge your limits and boost your vitality. Expect a lot of core work, shoulder work, handbalancing poses (like the crow) and inversions (headstand, forearmstand).(This class is not suitable for beginners)
The first half of the class focuses purely on core strengthening, followed by full-body conditioning and mobility work. Flexibility class is designed to specifically progress in the side splits, pancake, front splits and wheel pose. Poses are held for a certain amount of time after a dynamic version of the pose.
Headstand, forearm stand and handstand. We will work on these three inversions (prerequisite; you need to be able to do a headstand against the wall comfortably before participating in this class)
