FAQs

Here you’ll find the most common questions customers ask — along with clear, helpful answers. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to contact me directly!

Best would be if we would talk beforehand and decide in function of your specific situation (goals, injuries, strengths...) which classes are best for you. If you just want to try, a hatha class would be the perfect choice for a first class.

If you have any injuries, if you are pregnant or have other medical conditions, you first need clearance from your medical professional before you participate in any class. Each class type has its own particular focus and intensity, so it's helpful to discuss the details with your medical professional to ensure it’s safe and appropriate for you.

If you practice more than 6 times a month and practice different kinds of yoga (and also maybe pilates), than the monthly pass is the right choice for you. You will have access to all group classes (there is a soft limit of 12 classes a month as the maximum of times you can come).

Do keep in mind that there is a reduced schedule during holiday periods and the twelve times are a maximum (the monthly pass is not a class pass). Even in the months that there is a reduced schedule, there are still enough classes but if a class here or there is cancelled, if you travel a lot or if you can only make it to certain classes, maybe the monthly pass is not for you.

If you come to one specific class (for example only pilates), can only come at certain times or on certain days and/or practice less than 6 times a month, the 10 class pass is the right choice for you. You have acces to all group classes and can use the 10 classes to up to 4 months.

There are no passes with a longterm validity (more than 4 months) so if you like the vibes of the room and classes but don't have the time or can't come regularly, the drop-in class is the right choice for you.

There are mats available but you can always bring your own if you are used to training with your favorite mat 😊.  All other props are also available, but do try to bring your own towel.

There is no open access to the building, clients are kindly asked to ring the doorbell to be let in. The bell will be activated around 15 minutes before class begins. Once the session starts, the doorbell will be turned off to preserve a calm and focused atmosphere, so please arrive on time.

Bookings are open for the next 7 days. A class can be cancelled at the last 1 hour before the class takes place.

The class will be cancelled at the last 1 hour prior to the start of the class if there are less than 2 participants.

If you want to offer a gift card for a class, a monthly pass or a class pass to a loved one for any occasion, let us know and we can set it up.

You can also offer a personalised restorative relaxation session (with back and neck massage included) as a gift. We will do our best to make it an unforgettable session, contact us via mail and we can discuss specifics!

The passes that are bought are non-refundable and can't be frozen for absences. (If you are in a situation you can't use the classes in your 10 or 20 class pass anymore, you can of course gift it to someone else, contact me so we can change the name of the pass! Keep in mind that this doesn't go for monthly passes.)

Short closures, a reduced schedule during Belgian holiday periods  or occasional cancelled classes are considered part of the normal rhythm of the studio and are reflected in the booking schedule (you won't see the class appear).  If the studio closes for more than 3 consecutive days outside of these scenarios, the passes will be extended with the number of closed days!

Please feel free to introduce yourself at the beginning of class.
Note that Pure Flow Room is not hiring (and the room can't be rented for your own classes).

Join with an open heart, respectful presence, and the intention to support the flow of the class and the style of the teacher.
